Fall is in full swing, although we’re seeing fresh snow this morning!

That’s Colorado for you!

After an unprecedented and historical selling season here in the Roaring Fork Valley, we’re finally catching our breath and settling into fall. Interest remains strong, but inventory is extremely low as a result of all the summer trades. Many deals are now getting done outside the MLS and that’s when a broker with experience, connections and resources can make all the difference. It’s no secret since state and local lockdowns were lifted, a housing market we all thought was pretty much toast for the rest of the year took off like an X-Plane. If sales and activity was at Mach 1 a month ago, we’re easily pushing Mach 5 now....
