As we come into Thanksgiving week, we are indeed grateful and look forward to a great season but also a prosperous and healthy year for all. We’re staying busy here in the Roaring Fork Valley! Same story; more buyers than homes resulting in multiples offers just days after hitting the market. October in the Rockies didn’t disappoint as many said it was one of the most vibrant and varied explosions of color they could remember. But make no doubt winter is on its way!

It’s our favorite time of year here in the Roaring Fork Valley. The leaves are changing, warm days / cool nights, and a full harvest moon and a freeze warning are on tap for tonight! Sales have remained brisk, inventory low, but deals are getting done and many outside the MLS.

Welcome to the Aspen experience at its peak! Summer activities are in full swing, town is alive again, outdoor concerts are back, and the high country is seeing an explosion of wildflowers not seen in years. As expected, we’re seeing a record number of visitors, and of course, sales activity continues to sizzle. Opportunities remain for buyers and sellers. Happy Easter, Passover and April Fools Day; the latter of which has become our eight-year-old son’s favorite holiday! Hello again from spectacular Aspen Snowmass where spring skiing is in full swing. As the days grow longer and warmer, thoughts of summer begin to creep in, but not before a few more turns! The change of seasons, and the anticipation of what’s ahead, is one of the many things that make our region so special and in such high demand. Interest remains strong but with fewer choices, properties are going under contract almost as soon as they hit the market.
